Delivery Credit System

Off-platform charge — shipping fees only

Call COD uses a prepaid delivery credit system to cover COD (Cash on Delivery) order fulfillment costs. These credits are used to pay for shipping, call center confirmation calls, and last-mile delivery coordination.

This charge is not processed through the Shopify Billing API — it is a direct payment to Call COD for delivery and fulfillment services, approved under Shopify's external billing exemption for shipping-related fees.

How to get started

To use Call COD with your Shopify store:

  2. 2Create a free Call COD seller account at callcod.com/register.
  3. 3Link your Shopify store from your seller dashboard under Configuration → Shopify.
  4. 4Top up your delivery credit balance to start processing COD orders.
